Mr. Oluwadiya has also been exposed to international practices through short-term assignments in Australia, United Kingdom and India.

Mr. Oluwadiya sits on the Board of both listed and unlisted Companies in Nigeria. He is the Founder and immediate past Managing Director/CEO of Magnartis Finance & Investment Limited. He sits on the Board of Matrix Petrochem Limited, Worldwide Marine & Inspection Services Limited, Kingsguards Nigeria Ltd and AIICO Pensions Managers Limited.
