Kike Fajemirokun has over 10 years’ experience working as a seasoned Human Resources professional and leader, equipped with both valuable HR knowledge and legal skills.

Kike is a Lifetime Member of the Institute of Directors, Nigeria and is a Non-Executive Board Member of two reputable companies.

She has senior management experience in setting up processes, strategy development, budget development/management, crisis management, change management and more.

Kike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Wake Forest University (USA), Certificate in Human Resource Management from Cornell University (USA), Masters in Business Administration from Lancaster University Management School (UK) and a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School (UK). She is currently the Head of HR & Admin at Lekoil.
