Chief Dr Oladele Fajemirokun is the Chairman of AIICO Capital Limited. He brings to the Board over 40 years of entrepreneurship and business leadership in Nigerian and multinational businesses.

He is the Chairman of and Director of several successful companies in Nigeria, including Johnson Wax Nigeria Plc, Xerox HS (Nigeria) Limited, Kings Guards Limited, Logic Sciences, and a Director of AIICO Pension Managers Limited. He has a Doctorate degree in Business Administration from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and a First Degree in Economics from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University)
